A one-year program combining initial on-site training with follow-up teleconference coaching and work learning projects based on the principles of Incarnational Christianity (or Paradoxy), Guided Strategic Transformation: From Repair to Re-Paradigming guides participating leadership groups through a process of re-search, re-visioning, re-strategizing, and re-structuring designed to help them shift from maintaining the Church as it is (or returning it to what was) to leading from the Church’s future as it happens: anticipating what God’s Holy Spirit is calling the Church to become…and going there.
Initial On-Site Training. Initial training can be done as single, 2-3 day working conference or two shorter working conferences, depending on the needs and budget of the requesting group.
Follow-Up Online Coaching and Support. Follow-up coaching and facilitated mutual support takes place in monthly video-conference sessions over a 12-month period, either one-hour individual sessions or 90-minute group sessions depending on the needs and budget of the requesting group.
Ongoing Work-Learning Projects. Between follow-up sessions participants pursue work learning projects that apply the principles they have learned in their unique community contexts.
Re-Search • Re-Vision • Re-Strategize • Re-Structure. Over the course of the program, participating leadership groups are guided through a process of re-searching, re-visioning, re-strategizing, and re-structuring designed to help them shift from maintaining the Church as it is (or returning it to what was), to discerning and then becoming what God’s Holy Spirit is calling the Church to be.
Varies based on number of onsite and videoconference hours. Work is guaranteed. Call us for a quote.
